Great shoe

I picked up the sesame colour which seems to be the colour of the season (upcoming Yeezy release). Shoe is stylish and comfortable. Goes with loads of outfits in the sesame colour way also. A must pick up. I really want the white and gum colour way now too ;) ... ler mais

Color and size are not what I expected

On the screen these look a little more grey or earth tone colors. I was pretty hyped about them since the new yezzy are going to be the same color. But when went to the store to see them on feet they are more of an light olive color than grey which was disappointing . And I had to go a half size down too. My true size was too long and the half size down was perfect but was too narrow. It’s still a cool shoe but I advise y’all to go to an adidas store and try them on before ordering. ... ler mais

Amazing look, horrible practicality

Bought this shoe at Adidas Originals store in Vancouver, BC. While I have to admit the shoe looks sick, I have had two major problems and I've only worn them a couple times!! 1) They are narrow and pinch at the toes. (This is not that bad when worn for short distances or just brief walks.) 2) There is a major design flaw in my opinion in that the shoe sole wicks water up and into the fabric of the shoe. If you live anywhere that's fairly rainy, this is not the shoe for you! I wore this shoe NOT in the rain, but AFTER the rain (often rains for half a day in Vancouver) and my shoes were SOAKING within minutes. I thought I had stepped in a puddle, but upon careful observation, I realized the design of the shoe actively kicks water up and onto itself so after literally 10 minutes, my feet were SLOSHING around in the shoe. I have to emphasize, it was NOT raining. So....I guess don't wear these when it's raining or if the ground is wet....(sadly for me more than half the time in Vancouver)... ... ler mais

The Sobakov show is a definitely a little bit 'different' on branding and in particular a much wider gum sole....you'll either like it or hate it! I very much liked mine! Fit is pretty true to side - if anything for me slightly large but not so noticeable - and is a very comfy shoe indeed. For something that bit different I would recommend! ... ler mais

The shoes are great quality and they look even better than in the photos, but the soles aren’t absorbent so don’t wear without socks and the front can be a little pinchy, advise getting a half size up. These things are only an issue because of how often you’ll want to wear them! ... ler mais

Super comfortable and great for people with wider feet. Bouncy sole provides cushioning so can be out and about all day in them without getting sore tired feet. Only negative point is that they're not waterproof. ... ler mais

... for me they were surprisingly uncomfortable. The hard gum sole seems to rise up inside, and in my opinion Sobakovs could benefit from a better quality inner sole. Or maybe my feet have just become soft after years of being cosseted by Boost/Ultra Boost. ... ler mais

This modern interpretation of a beloved classic has itself become an instant classic! The shoes are absolutely amazing, form the gorgeous, unique ribbed, rubber sole, to the knit upper and the ever so slightly asymmetrical laces/tongue, the Sabakovs are jam-packed with attention to detail. They fit like a glove (I wear a 10.5 in Ultraboost, took a 10 in these and they're perfect). I hope adidas continues to produce this amazing shoe for many years to come, because I know I'm going to enjoy wearing them. ... ler mais
